By creating an account or using ChekkFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• ChekkFlow provides check printing software.
• ChekkFlow is not a bank or financial institution.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all check information you enter.
• You are responsible for the security of your own bank accounts.

• You must provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must keep your login credentials secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must be a legitimate business.

• Use ChekkFlow only for legitimate business check printing.
• Do not create fraudulent checks.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to other accounts.
• Do not reverse engineer the software.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.
• There are no refunds for partial billing periods.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ChekkFlow is not liable for check fraud.
• ChekkFlow is not liable for bank errors.
• ChekkFlow is not liable for printing errors.
• Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 months.

• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• You may cancel your account at any time.
• Your data remains available for 30 days after cancellation.

• ChekkFlow owns the software and all related intellectual property.
• You own your check data.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the State of Texas.
