Privacy Policy

To provide check printing services we collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — your name, email address, and password.
• Business information — company name and store details such as address and contact information.
• Bank information — routing numbers and account numbers used to print checks. This data is stored encrypted (see Data security below).
• Employee information — names, badge numbers, phone numbers, and email addresses for the staff you add to your stores.
• Check data — check amounts, vendors, dates, and printing history.
• Usage data — login times and IP addresses, used for security and audit logging.
• Payment information — subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card numbers.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate our check printing services.
• Send notifications by SMS and email about checks and account activity.
• Process subscription payments via Stripe.
• Maintain security, detect abuse, and keep audit logs.

We never sell your data to third parties.

• AES-256 encryption is used to protect sensitive bank data at rest.
• Data is stored in a Supabase database secured with row level security so each account can only access its own records.
• All data is transmitted over HTTPS/SSL.
• We perform regular security audits.

• Check history is kept for 7 years to satisfy legal recordkeeping requirements.
• Account data is deleted within 30 days of a cancellation request.
• Audit logs are kept for 3 years.

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Delete your account.
• Export your check history.
• Correct inaccurate information.

We rely on the following service providers to operate ChekkFlow. Each processes data only as needed to provide its service:

• Supabase — database.
• Stripe — payments.
• Resend — email notifications.
• Vercel — hosting.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. The effective date of this policy is June 2026.
